I picked this one up because the author makes bookish content online that I quite like – her taste in books isn’t the same as mine, but it’s related, and she’s smart and politically interesting so I enjoy her videos. The dragons are brilliant characters and Tearlach reminds me of Sephira from Eragon! Fia can be a typical teenager which i absolutely loved because she is young and its brilliant the author gave her time to be young and stubborn instead of forcing wisdom on her.Fantasy. The world is so well put together and the entries from the text books from the library just show how much the author has planned out everything, it never feels like an info dump but more like you are the scholar finding things in the library.
